How to Request Account Deletion

If you'd like to delete your Steppers account and all associated data, send an email to contact@steppers.game with the following details:

• Subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Email address associated with your Steppers account
• Display name used in the app (to help us locate your account)

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our systems:

• Your account profile (name, email, display name)
• All daily step count records
• Team memberships and associated leaderboard entries
• Device information

What Data Is Retained

After account deletion, no personal data is retained. Anonymized, aggregated data (such as total team step counts) may remain but cannot be linked back to you.

Additional Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• You can also revoke health data permissions at any time through your device's Health Connect or Apple Health settings.
• If you only want to leave a team without deleting your account, you can do so from the app's settings.
